Den kompletten Service. Erst nach 6 Tagen wurde der Schimmel im Badezimmer entfernt. Die verdreckten Auflagen der Außenlounge wurden nie,wie versprochen, gewechselt oder gereinigt. Das Haus wurde vor unserer Ankunft weder gelüftet noch gereinigt. Es see more

Schlechte Luft, überall Spinnennetze, schlechte Gerüche in den Badezimmern aus Toilette und Duschen. Die Küchenschränke rochen, der Bereich der Töpfe war dreckig. Das Internet hat die kompletten 14 Tagen nicht funktioniert.
Trotzdem wir sofort Bilder geschickt haben, und ans Team geschickt haben, haben wir keine Unterstützung bekommen. Lediglich ein „wir werden die Reinigungsfirma informieren“ kam zurück. Es geschah anschließend nichts mehr, bis wir wieder aktiv wurden. Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren nach Empuria und haben so einen schlechten Service noch nie erlebt. Noch immer warten wir auf Rückmeldung bezüglich der Entschädigung, sowie der Erstattung der selbst gekauften Reinigungsartikel. |
